Finally getting my koni/h&r setup installed tomorrow.
Curious what settings people are using with this setup? 50%? Full stiff? Its my DD. I want a good balance.

Hope you got shorter bumpstops or you'll be bouncing off your oe's
I like 3/4 turn from soft on the rear and 1.25 turns from soft in the front with PS springs. My tech says not to set the Koni's right at 50%

depends on the spring rates. i believe stock yellow koni has a 600 lbs max load before any revalve needed. so according to the feel of your car and your spring rates, you can rough up some estimate calculation and dial in to try out.

I just installed a set of koni yellow + H&R sports, the ride is so damn soft at the stiffest settings. My OEM m-sport suspension (same as sport package i think) was stiffer 90% of the time.
The shop said I should run the shocks at stiffest settings since they are brand new. |

Everyone's perception of what is stiff or soft will vary, so you should just play around with the settings to find something you like.

I'm running Eibach springs with koni yellows. I got all four set 1/2 turn from full soft.
So far they ride great. Firmer than the original base suspension, but not to bouncy. I couldn't be happier. |
