About how much of a drop do these provide with stock shocks on the front and rear? I'm trying to make sure my bumper doesn't get destroyed by Dallas Uptown/Downtown roads.

its alittle be lower than the sport one....think 2" rear 2.5 front i had it on e92 with a M-tech front bumper....you will be fine in uptown.

yes sport shocks

yes sport shocks....maybe about 30k on them before i replace them with coilovers.
