How do Canadians track their new car?

My dealer has yet to give me a VIN, ans just last Friday he told me the car was already on a boat making its way over based on tracking with BMW AG.

How do Canadians track their new car on their own?

If your car is on a boat, it has a VIN

Ask your dealer for the VIN then call
