Looking for a good mobile detailer but i am looking on a student budget.. The main thing is i have swirl marks that i want to get rid of. Can any one recommend someone?

what do you mean by student budget? If it's minor swirls, you might get away with just a one step polish. My detailer does impeccable work, but a one step for a 335 would prob be over $200.

Very often, you get what you pay for when it comes to detailing. A $40 "detail" is not even close to real detailing standards. My advice would be to keep asking around and find someone reputable.
You drive a 335 - if you need a detail once a year is that really so bad?

Bullet, you're not going to find a complete detail (meaning wash, clay, polish, wax/sealant) from a good reputable detailer for less than $200. Forget the coupons you see in the mail for the local corner place offering a "complete detail" for less than $100.00. They'll do more damage than good and then you'll have to go to a real detailer to fix those problems. Jopa489 is right, you get what you pay for in detailing. Take my advice, get a good reputable detailer or just continue to wash by hand until you save enough money to do it right.

detailing is not a place that you want to skimp on. for the budget that you would desire in your head, realistically you are going to get someone who has used a buffer twice before in their life and will end up looking like a factory prepped aston martin

You won't be disappointed. I just bought a gift cert from him to give to my sister for christmas. She has a pretty hammered 2006 325 that needs alot of love. BTW, he's mobile, so he'll come to you.

I don't know all the stuff he uses, but off the top of my head: chemical guys, meguiare's, menzerna, collinite, optimum, blackfire...he uses good stuff. throw him an email and ask him, he's a cool guy.

Just give Eric a shot - He is an Autopian type of detailer you will be more than impressed.

Perfect thread. I was wondering the same thing as OP, but fortunately, do have the budget for a "professional" detail.
