rim repair or new rims

hey,

need a opinion on something..

I just got a quote to refinish my rims (all 4 have some curb rash, some worst than the others).

it would cost about 600 to refinish... I'm in a debate on getting a new set or just refinishing them....

the only reason its a debate is because I really like these set of rims...

they are a set of Miro 111's

What are your thoughts... with a 600 price tag would you get a new set or refinish the rims?

150 per rim is a reasonable price. Which store did you go to?

I would say spend the money in your way you want. It's your money.

but if you really like the rim style and you are going to refinish, y not go for a new color. then maybe you won't debate anymore

thanks.

A friend of mine told me about these guys:

Leprecon

Checked reviews seemed pretty good.

I was thinking to try a fully blacked out look as well. I've had the silver and black for while.

Considering that a set of those rims brand spanking new is about $1100, and you are paying $600 for paint alone and not straightening, then I'd say maybe it be worth it to get new wheels.

Sell those used ones As Is for a small profit return.

Yea. I just got my rims back from Leprecon. Their works are not bad.

Try it on photoshop and see if you like it

Anyway, how much is a set of new Miro rims?

Unless you really want to switch up the style or size or your wheels, it makes more sense to refinish the ones you have and save yourself $500 or whatever the difference between repair and a new set would cost you. Also park more carefully in the future
