Low mpg after Adaptive Auto Transmission Reset
I have a 2006 330i automatic and have done the Adaptive Auto Transmission reset 2 days ago thinking that it should adopt to my driving since I got it 2 months ago. I reset the mpg at the same time. Did about 20% highway and the rest was driving in Central London. My average mpg before the rest was 23 something. Today, it's 16.7 and dropping. What's going on?

The mpg reset probably did it. From a stop I get about 3-4 mpg if I reset while I'm stopped at a sign or light. And city driving keeps it low if you do a lot of stop/start

I'm hopeful that this is just temporary and will go back up again??? |

Had a CBS done today. Air filter and carbon filter as part of the service. Then engine adaptations have been reset too. Will see if this improves it.
