Looking for a Townhouse!

Just thought I'd throw this out there since my search thus far hasn't been too promising.

In the market right now, pre-approval ready to roll @ $500k.

Need 3BR and 1 Garage, 2 would be sugar on top. No fix-er-up-ers.

McLean, Shirlington, Falls Church, and Arlington are my preferred areas. Anything NOT on 66 and if it's on 495/395, that'd be great.

If you're a relator, I want a 2% rebate.

Email me at huy.d.do@gmail.com

My wife would be happy to accommodate your 2% rebate. I want one of every product CPE sells at 1/3rd of the cost.

Think we can do business?

Check out i-agent. I've used them before, and they offer a 2% rebate.

$435k located in the 20853 area code/near manor country club.

It's not officially/technically on the market, but willing to entertain offers. this is the 2nd largest unit type in the neighborhood and only this unit type and one other came with garages. Recent sales in neighborhood for smaller, non renovated homes with NO garages traded for $385k and $387k respectively.

Not especially, I work in Old Town Alexandria so that's quite the commute. Navy might move us to D.C. but that's in the far future.

Let me ride things out with my friend now and see. Since this is my first purchase, I'm not sure how another agent would be any different from what I have now.

Carlos is a good friend of mine, went to them off the bat I was hoping to get some For Sale by Owner kinda posts from this inquiry.

And Jason,

Wish buying a home was as easy as buying mods.

Not sure what your situation is, but I can tell you your best bet -- if you are young enough -- is to buy in D.C. It won't matter what you buy so long as it's below the end of the second alphabet on the 14th St. Corridor. Just buy it; five years from now you will be thrilled beyond your wildest dreams!
