Lightweight wheels (~18lbs) + free flow exhaust + cold air intake will be your best combo for increasing performance in a N/A engine. Chipping it will add another 6-7 hp at most so not sure if that's worth it to you.

Light weight wheels for sure. Especially since you have a 4-cylinder. You could end up saving about 40-45 lbs of rotationaly mass with all 4 wheels/tires changed. Change rear gears would make a difference too. Probably the modification you would feel the most difference from. CAI and exhaust and chip are all that is left. You may cut down a second with these mods, but they're going to be costly.

Hi there gofastnow....
first off all I see that you are new on the forum, Welcome . If you are new to all this "forum thing" you will experience that a lot of members are not that mature as others and I hope that you wont judge all the other members as them. Because this is actually a really good forum and the members are just great, from my experience! Just ignore the types you dont like or members who appears unmature. like E90David and Mbj898 who doesnt give new members a good welcome...But yeah, if you have any questions, always search first. But now to your question. I own a 320i myself, and yeah it could be wonderful to gain some hp, because 150hp is not that much. And you dont have many options for gaining hp. Either it's gonna be like: CAI, Exhaust, chiptunning and etc. Or simple install a turbo or SC in your car.
