Someone with Newest turbo N54?

Hi!

Is there someone with newest turbos?
Please I need a photo of: newest AT- Turbo Compressor ref. 11657593015/16
This is the ref. of newest turbos installed in 335i.
What is the diameter of actuator rod? 6mm or 8 mm
Do you know if the actuator rod is painted in green?

Thanks a lot

All actuator rods are 6mm. That never has changed. What is different is the actuator rod endpiece (threads on and off), and the wastegate lever pin that it slides over. This piece used to be 6mm, but later changed to 8mm.

I guess it's this pin you're talking about?

Thank you,

It seems that the newest turbos have:

6 mm diameter for actuator rod arm

8 mm diameter for the short rivet (pin)

Is it possible that actuator is not painted in green?

Just installed brand new OEM turbos on my car and the actuators did have green paint on them.

I could try. They are already installed though. The green paint was only around the threaded part of the actuator arm. It was just a little mark all the way around the arm, maybe 1-2cm. I think it was just to indicate that the actuator arms had been already been adjusted.
