Question about a boost gauge for my car mechanical anyone do it cheap?

Ok so I want to put a boost gauge in my car and dont want to spend a crap load of money on one. I was wondering I have a VRSF chargepipe and use a HKS BOV am I able to put a T connector inbetween the line that runs from the intake manifold to the Blow off valve and run that inside the car? Sorry if this sounds like a noob question I was just wondering.

No that's not how you connect the vacuum line. It needs to connect to the intake manifold.

Actually a T connector on the vac line between the manifold and BOV works perfectly, its how I connected my boost gauge. Although you can as you suggest, drill and tap a connector directly into the manifold cover

This is 100% how you run it....you could also run it straight off the compressor housing.....or make a vacuum block....or whatever. Wherever there is a line that runs to something that sees charge pressure you can T it off and use it.
