zaino CS! amazing

So I am just an amateur detailer who does my own car-basically a guy who likes a clean and shiny jet black 5 series. I recently tried the zaino line after a lot of paint correction. I put one coat of the z2 but then got some zaino CS in the bottle that you simply spray on and wipe-and I have put maybe 6 or 7 coats of that over the last couple weeks and the car looks amazing! The great thing is it could not be easier to spray it on and wipe off compared to applying wax, drying then buffing. This requires no buffing or drying or anything. Its similar to applying a QD-you can do the car in 2 minutes and it looks like a fresh coat of wax.

To a true enthusiast or a car show person-it probaly does not achieve the same shine as other products but for the average person-it gives you a mirror finish in 2 minutes (providing your paint is corrected and in good shape.

I also now found the zaino ultimate finsihing spray-2 coats of that over top the CS and it brings out even more mirror and repels dust a lot better than anything else I have tried in the past.

If you only get two products get zaino CS and the ultimate fiishing spray-that is all you need if paint is corrected IMO

I agree that ZCS is great stuff. I use it when I don't have a lot of time and it produces 90% of the results with nice durability too. I find that it lacks the slickness of Z2 and Z5 though.

Like I said it probably is not as shiny as a true wax or sealer that you buff on but on teh flip side you can apply more coats alot more easily-you can apply a coat each couple days all week and have a good 5 or 6 coats on. That plus the Final detail zaino product gives more than enough shine to see myself in the mirror finish quite clearly.

I am hoping to get 25 coats on in the next couple months leading up to winter. that should give some solid protection

do you have to wash your car between each coat to prevent spreading and wiping dirt over the car? does washing remove the coats easily?

ZCS will last 6+ months and many washings.

I would suggest anywhere from a quick detail wipe-down to a full wash between coats. You want to make sure there is no dust/dirt on the paint.

I have seen instructions on how to do a full zaino detail, but would I need to do any prep base work with other products before ZCS? I have just been using some sealant and wax.

I suggest a claybar at least. ZCS requires very little prep though. You can even use it over wax, but it won't last as long.

As with all detail work, the more prep you do, the better your car will look.

Is the "Ultimate Finishing Spray" the same as the Zaino Grand Final Spray Seal?
