I am probably still going to do the CF lower lip also. What side skirts are you thinking? I can't find any I love yet...

I put real CF on my caps...I wasn't going to pay OEM prices for their OEM CF caps $600+ and i didn't like the covers that went on the outside of the OEM caps.

Started a new project...seat-backs...not sure if I will put them on since my kids might kick them too much. This is a work in progress...after 3 coats of resin...they are still wet. Should be able to put the 4th coat on tomorrow, then clear coat them. They are going to look amazing I think.

It is similar to fiberglass work if you have ever done that. Tips would be to start small before tackling a large project. Also, patience is key...and good sanding. It is labor intensive. I put a minimum of 4 coats of resin on pieces then 2 coats of automotive clear. Between each coat I hand sand the pieces. It will take a minimum of a week to do these. I usually try to work on 4-5 or more pieces at a time. But whether you do one piece or 5, it will typically take a week. That is why CF parts are expensive most of the time because of the labor involved.

Car looks great....just a suggestion....black mats would probably look very nice with your interior.....I know it may seem odd.....but speaking from experience I think it offers a nice contrast with the tan (far more functional as well)

Thank you very much! I bought black mats last week! I got them yesterday...I love them. Good eye! I am glad someone else thinks like me! I bought them for the functionality, but love the contrast too!

I thought about changing out the door cards to black/tan too or dying the center section of the door cards black. What do you think?
