Suspension by Vishnu?
This would be a perfect package. Power with a suspension upgrade match for the enhanced power. Vishnu could offer this with the Procede and the exhaust. If you read inside.line the downs of the Proceded 335I was that it needed suspension and better tires to match the power. What do you guys think?

I actually think it's a pretty good idea, but shiv has so much stuff going on (more then just bimmers) I just don't think it's feasable. Hell I'd love to drop my car with him for a month, give him some coin, and say "have at it haas".
By the way, how about Ryan's sig?

LOL, sorry bro. It's better to have people that specialize in one thing than one person be a jack of all trades. I want the best co. that makes tires and they live and breath tires. Best that makes suspension etc. Not some guy that tries to do all of it at once.
Would you want your doctor, your dentist and your accountant to all be the same person or would you want people who specialize in each individually?

If you want a killer track customizable suspension then look at Ground Control or TC Kline. If you just want something for the street then there are plenty of options out there. |

I wouldnt shoot it down tooooo hard. People are quick to jump down others throats around here. Anyways....I don't expect it soon, but in the future it's not too far fetched that vishnu tuning may offer a vishnu suspension system for a future 3er (2020 E109).
The parts will be outsourced of course, just like dinan. Would anyone buy koni shocks and H&R springs that are tuned to the specifications of shiv? Maybe. I for one don't know if he has true expertise in that area, but it's not hard to find out what some good specs are for a suspension system. Just copy another company. Maybe when Vishnu gets even bigger they'll have the money to spend on some suspension R&D. At a certain point in any company's growth, it's always a good idea to diversify. |

Yeah..I dont think it is a good thing...Let him stick to tuning...exhaust..maybe intake..but leave the brakes and suspension to someone who really knows that stuff.

I didn't mean for him to design it but maybe have an outside company build to match the extra power from the Procede. That way would not have to guess about which suspension is best for the bimmer.

Yea,
I would go with a brand/company that has been doing it for years, if not decades. Let those who do what they do best, do what they do. I've had personal bad experience from various companies before, asking me to test out their products. Exhausts have cracked, suspension components have not bolted up correctly, resulting in damaged wheels, and lucky not the whole car itself. Go with something like KW if you are looking at coilovers, or H&R if you are just wanting to get some springs. Let me know what you are trying to accomplish, and I can help you out with that. -Don |
