poor e92

I have been in a body shop environment for a bit.... ( long time actually )
This does not look good as for the fixer upper. Did any of the bags go ?
If the curtain went, then the side seat airbag would go too. This would be about $7000 fix up. If all the bags are OK then I can see that the lower rocker is punched ( that is why the door sticks out by the glass ). In order to fix this you need another door + 10 hours labor to properly fit it ( on the frame machine ). That alone you are looking at $4500.... The way I see it there is about $10000 of damage. That should be a write off, otherwise you WILL supper the consequences in the future, premature rust ( BMW will void your rust warranty ) misfitment of parts, paint mismatch, different texture in paint ( not matching the factory look ). My list would go onnn and onnnn.
If there is a chance of you having say in this, write it off, or .....

In 2011 I was hit in my old BMW. I requested diminished value and I got it. You need an attorney though. You are injured. This is a perfect personal injury claim for you as well.

You've got a door, right QP, right fender, mirror, bumper, tire, possibly sideskirt replaced and wheels just on the right side of the car. If any airbags went off I'd be betting on your car being totaled 99%.

Hope you're ok!
No airbags so that's a positive lol

Assuming just subframe adjustments and body parts, it would be around $5000~7000 to get it fixed.
I doubt that my last fender bender was 11K, shit is expensive. This wreck has far more damage.

No airbags but that shit scares me. It seems after the previous wreck the car hasn't been the same. I'm just scared if they total it they wont give me a fair price where I will be in the same spot as I am now. I am pretty sure if it gets totaled my warranty will transfer to my new car which is good.

Damn dude! I thought I was the only one having issues. Albeit mine are all part problems, not accidents. Glad you're ok though. Get that head checked out though.

Thanks guys
I need some ideas on what bumper to get next along with some HID fogs this time! (thats if my car isnt a total loss)

Well here it is Monday, the fuckers wont give me a rental car yet. The adjuster is out of AZ so not sure how that will work. They are wasting time saying they dont know who is at fault yet. (Maybe the guy that admited he was at fault AND got the ticket?)

Glad youre ok btw. Dont misunderstand me. Make sure they make you whole but dont need to claim "your head and neck will never be the same". If youre hurt get treated. If your cars broken get it fixed. No need to drag in ambulance chasers

Yeah, I wouldnt want someone to do that to me so I wouldnt do it to someone else. The adjuster finally called me, he asked if I needed medical I just said my head still hurts a bit but no I am fine. He got me a rental car, so now I get to go pick up my nice 'standard' car at 4 hah.
