Cool Settle this once and for all

Half the people here hate me for my last thread and half love me. Sorry. But lets end this debate. Please answer all of the following. It would really help out, i am probably buying/ordering this weekend.

Everybody in previous threads is saying something different. Lets make this an end all thread. If you custom ordered your car, how much over invoice should you pay as opposed to just buying one off the lot. For certain models, like xi or 325vs330, is it different. What part of the country is giving the best deals now, and in the future.

I love you guys too. :rocks:

I don't think people hates you because of your comments so don't worry

So what options have you decided to order?

Many members here could probably give you more advice on making the deal

Good luck

It depends a lot on where you live, so you really need to find people that have gotten deals from around you. For example, the deals people are getting in So. Cal. are much better than here in the Pacific NW. It all depends on the market. You should look here and on bimmerfest at the dealer sections and see if you can find the dealer/dealers you're working with. See if any info is posted there or if you need to, PM the people and see if they can give you info on the deal they got. HTH.

I got mine for $840 over invoice through a commissioned sales rep. The deal was the same for a car on the lot as for one being ordered. I was a little suprised by that, but when cars are selling they don't realy have to put you in a car for less. I was prepared to buy on the spot, but they told me to order exactly what I want--that i would be happiest doing it that way and being a little patient. They are right, and I respected them for not trying to push a car that I din't like 100% down my throat. That being said, there's nothing more powerful then telling the sales rep that the right car for the right price can be purchased on the spot.
