Now look obviously just because I pile the miles in my car doesn't mean that there isn't people that have second cars and barely drive them but c'mon my 2014 BMW already has over 50k on it...now that Miata does look mint but I find it impossible for that mileage to be real
My '94 Supra with 18k miles must be impossible.

i would have a hard time buying a car with those hideously horrible wheels!!! what kind of judgement did the previous owner have!?

there were almost 52,000 Miatas sold in the US in 1990 alone!! It will never be a collectible.....but it will always be a FUN car to drive so enjoy it....after you change the wheels of course! lol

Yes the wheels look hideous but not cheap. They are Ruff racing wheels which clearly don't belong on a Miata as the factory spec for 90 Miata is 14 inches not 18. Having said that, it looks like previous owner didn't care about performance but looks (bling) alone. This also makes me believe he never really pushed the car with those wheels as Miatas are ver sensitive to unsprung weight and the car wouldn't have behaved properly on a track.

oxymoron

Hah, jk. Anyways, tough background story, real sad. Hopefully you can give the original owner a peace of mind knowing that his miata is in good hands.

Thanks guys, I've already started to alter some of the interior and wheels have been ordered. The car will sit in the garage for the winter months and I'll post pictures with all the updates soon. Cheers
