2011 model front/tail light set
as i dropped by the dealer to grab my wheel locks... I ask the guys @ parts deparment about the new front/tail light sets.
the question was "will the new ones fit my car (09 E92)?" they replied "no, it wont... due to current/power issues blahblahblah" is that true!? then how come we got members from Van city got it done!? |

Fitment wise, they fit on the existing opening, but you will need resistors and/or coding to make the headlight and tail-light to work, since they are now LED.

The front may not work, you will need a new front bumper.

I'm not an expert at this, you could always PM dimsum about it ...
But if I think about it logically...Halogen and LCI xenons obviously use different wiring ..so if you're asking plug'n'play I would say no... The facelift on the E92 is a weird one...only tails applied to the M..but the non-M's got basically a brand new refresher all around..
