It's been a week and I've heard nothing. For something that costs $80 I would have rather he just be a decent person and pay up instead of trying to find some alternative way to fix it that wouldn't give me back the original look (I don't want the diffusor painted). So basically this post is for the rest of you in the area looking for detailing services. I guess there's some risk when someone does work to your car but I hope to find a place/person who handles their mistakes better than Chris did. Ill update if he does something different but I doubt he will.

Dam sucks. Sorry to hear about what happ.

Cars and coffee is the first Saturday of each month (this Saturday). We meet at 8am in Raleigh I'm sure Fayetteville has a location.

I sold my 1990 Twin Turbo 300zx and in return with extra money to spare bought a 2007 335i coupe. Just seeing what would be the easiest way to meet a bunch of people. Any idea's

The C&C is out in cary at waverly place, a parking lot just across from the chick-fil-a.

It gets super crowded though so you need to show up right around 8 or you'll have a tough time getting a spot. In fact I just liked the facebook page for C&C and it looks like there will be a new spot for July, a crossroads movie theater area in cary possibly?

Thanks. Looks like a good time. I'm planning to try and make it out... looks like my car may be a little outclassed based on some of the ride pics on the fb page.

I noticed when flipping through pictures it seems like there is some level of grouping going on, bmw's next to other bmw's and so forth. Is this organized by someone or people just grouping up and riding in together?

I think most people who go early enough (arrive between 7 and 8) tend to just park next to cars that are most similar to theirs and hence it appears like they all came together but probably didn't. I've been going since early last year but never get there early enough to actually park with the BMWs and end up actually parking in a different lot and walking over to the main area. There are some groups of people I've seen rolling in together (usually a lot of the American cars -- vettes and mustangs etc) but I don't know if there's a group of BMWs that also goes together. As for being outclassed, I wouldn't care about it -- the more the merrier and there's always folks who will roll in with something "better" to ogle at.

Bought it from a guy in Raleigh actually. It was a euro delivery and then the guy I bought it from was the second owner and barely put any miles on it as it wasn't his DD. Will post pics when I get it this weekend. It's Jet Black on saddle
