AW e92 LCI with a couple new things

This SoCal heat wave we currently have is killing me, so I decided to tint the car this morning 35% all around, and added a ACS replica window spoiler.. very subtle addition.. next up ! Black Vinyl Roof.....

Oh and I apologize for the crappy ass picture, its from my dingleberry, i mean blackberry. Droid X Here I come!

Very nice AW e92, but I guess a black roof won't help keeping the heat out.

Temps were in the low 90s in Texas back in May........so ya it's pretty hot here in the south. Tint helps a great deal with keeping the interior cool and it's almost a necessity in places were it does get really hot in the summer months.

definitely vinyl. that was the first thing i thought of when i saw you were going to do the roof. if not the spoiler will be like a white stripe along the back of the roof.

Looks good, I have 35% on my AW E90 too.

It hit 100 in the inland parts in SoCal...

Hit 97 here and I'm close (5mi) fr the beach.

No benefits actually, but IMO and many others it looks great. I don't know if you have seen alpine white 3-series or 5-series with black vinyl applied to the roof, its pretty sleek looking-and as opposed to painting it, it is not permanent and very easily reversible if I were to sell the vehicle.
