Third NoVA Shadowline Trim Wrap Meet (Sep 24th & Sep 25th)

Here's the official sign up for those attending. Just post in this thread and I'll add you to the list. Please indicate if you are able to provide a garage (host) and if you want Matte or Gloss. EDIT: Matte black is highly recommended (includes lifetime warranty). However, gloss black is also available (no warranty). Roof wrap can also be done but it will cost more due to the extra material.


Pricing:
$200 for attending
$160 for hosting

EDIT: Rich recommends matte black (includes lifetime warranty). However, gloss black is also available but no warranty will be given. It seems as though the gloss shadowline vinyl doesn't hold up as well over time. You should take a look at matte in person and see if you like it. I can only schedule 1 person per time slot. If you would like to schedule another time, please let me know.

AHH! that suxs! I was planning on eventually having my roof wrapped in gloss black instead of matte along with my trim. Are there any other options? From what I've heard/seen gloss looks better on AW cars instead of matte and I've already got the shop putting on some Gloss kidney grills while their installing my mtech front.

I was told gloss roof is fine. The shadowline gloss on the trim just doesn't hold up as well. I've seen good results with the 3M Dinoc too.

It seem's like the price increase's $20 every meet (non-host). I paid $180 for mine, now it's $200? And before I got my trim wrapped, other members told me they paid $160 (non-host).

I'm sorry but I don't make the pricing. You have to remember that Rich has to take the time to drive up here, add gas money, find a place to stay overnight, and also find a host if no one is willing to provide one. I'm almost certain he charges less if you drive to him instead.

I am not sure what you're trying to accomplish by your post. Were you unhappy with the work he did on your car? If you would like to discuss further, please feel free to message Rich or me via PM. I'm sure he can resolve any issues you may have.


**On a side note, I believe he lost his job recently and is working odd jobs to pay the bills. He recently parted out his car and is in the process of selling it. I'm not sure if that's the reason for the price increase but give the guy a break. He's a good guy and does great work. I'm just trying to set up these meets to help him and other members out.**

No I am happy with the work he did on my car. After he did it, I posted saying he did a great job (see link below). It was just an observation I made after reading this thread.
