also, i dont know how you still have 50% of original track material left... those pads must be super thick from the factory.
Pads and rotors are definitely beefier. I'm still trying to figure out how its lasting too.

Perhaps Seb has added an air brake that you are not aware of, ha ha! Everytime you press the stop pedal, the rear wing just go vertical, dropping the anchor Thinking of which, why wouldn't this be a great idea, huh?

Guys, anyone selling any Honda Accord-compatible (5x114) 17" mags? I want to get my mom to stop swapping tires this way and that, so I want to get her something. I looked on ************** and Kijiji, but there is HIDEOUS shit for sale there (some guy is selling purple wheels... another one, two black and two gold with different offsets... and another one selling Work wheels from Japan off a Skyline. Like....... seriously, wtf). I want to spend like 400-500.

I don't know why I keep breaking my rule of never going to MR. Reading MR is worse than reading reddit/spacedicks.

Example:
- one guy posts wheels for sale
- the other replies "jte t offre une sunfire 1997 2.2l avec pompe a eau et pare brise neuve tres bon char dhiver si ter interaisser texte ou call moi 819 740 xxxx"

how does this even make sense??! i should offer to trade a live alligator for some wheels, or maybe a milking cow, or maybe a brown left shoe and a tail light from a Veyron.

why don't you check with Anthony at OEM concept? Why buy used? New replicas should do the job!

oh and one other important thing you forgot.... WEIGHT.... when i had stoptechs on my car. it seems like the pads go pretty quickly. than i realised that the current car is about 250kg lighter than the m3. i think that makes quite a difference on pad wear.

how heavy is your car fully loaded (fuel, etc)?

i agree... just buy some new replica wheels... the problem with buying wheels off people you dont really know is that you have no idea if the wheels have been previously repaired or its out-of-round or has some other problem. unless you can find a guy that you know takes care of his car.

or just offer to walk his dog for some wheels.

The weight makes a pretty big difference. With me in it, it is 2835lbs. I added a computer to make me go faster, so it is lighter.

I didn't know your car was that light, so without you it's less than 2700 lbs? Is that with a full tank?
