yes they do, so then the only cats will be on the headers.

they didn't fit originally, i had to have the one pipe heated up and dented to make for it to clear the transfer case / cross member, the ticked occasionally on my car. Took them off cause they are larger then the oem pipes, so with my new suspension i would have made holes in them. I didn't want to destroy them, loved the way they sounded though i miss it.

yes, they were on my 328xi they will fit a 328, 330, 128
