Bulb replacement

One of the bulbs on my driver side headlamp went out. It's the one on the inside (closest to the kidneys) so I assume it's the halogen.

Do I really NEED to replace it... At night it seems fine to drive around with just the outside Xenons, so why are they even there? Right now it looks extremely ugly with just one of them on.

If I do need to replace it, can someone link me to the bulb? Thanks!
