"Invisible Glass" -- get some today

You have probably read on here many times about the wonders of Stoner's Invisible Glass. Well, I finally picked some up, and I wish I had done so sooner.

I hate to sound like a commercial (or the late Billy Mays), but here goes anyway...

First off, it's a foam so it doesn't drip. But unlike Windex Foam, it's not so thick, it's very light. Second, Invisible Glass cleans like a champ, and dries almost instantly. Lastly, it's safe for tint (I am not sure if Windex is or not). It's so good, I'm going to start using it around the house for all our glass - but I'll probably buy a separate container so I don't have to go hunting for mine when it's time to clean the cars :-)

I usually hate doing windows too, but it only took about a minute or two with a light microfiber towel to do the whole thing, because it cleans so fast.

Okay, commercial-mode off. The last thing I'll mention is that I found it at Wal-Mart for $3.97, but if you don't have one near ya, you can pick it up from our board sponsors.

+1 Yup, Invisible Glass is the best. I tried a Zep foaming aerosol from Home Depot and it's nothing like it. I'll never use any other glass cleaner again.

The weird thing is that Invisble Glass is also the best thing for cleaning stainless steel appliances. Invisible Glass and microfiber for stainless. Try it!!

I got some thanks!

Go old school and use newspaper and your windows will be crystal clear and lint free.

NICE! I need to do this tonight/tomorrow. 2 and 4 year olds love to print up the DW and Fridge.

BTW Klasse AOI does wonders on SS too, but is time consuming. I love trying car products around the house. My wife always looks at me funny.

Here's another tip... Cleaner wax (AIO, Megs, etc) is great for taking gum off your shoe/carpet. Ask me how I know...

This does work well, except on tints it's too abrasive. Supposedly it doesn't work as well as it used to because the newspaper companies changed inks to be more environmental, and the oil-based inks were what made it work so well.

They also have a traditional liquid pump spray version that you can get at Lowe's. That's what Iuse around the house on the appliances and windows and use the areosol can version on the car. Solves two problems!

I picked up a bottle of this the other day (didn't know this thread existed) and it's really a very good product. I didn't have any real expectations, particularly from a product from a company named Stoner, however this has it all over Windex. Does a nice clean job, hey.. that's all you can ask for !

Invisible Glass and newspaper FTW!

I also love Stoner's More Shine Less Time for tire dressing. Leaves a not-too-glossy look and doesn't sling.
