Desert BMW is the absolute worst. Getting the service advisors to do anything is like pulling teeth.

I was having a problem where my DVD drive kept ejecting the navigation DVD. They wouldnt repair it even though it is a well known problem and there are service bulletins about it. Kept saying, they couldn't replicate.

Finally I took a video of it on my phone as proof that the problem was occurring. Went back and showed the video, still no dice. I threatened to call BMWNA. They called me back within 15 mins and said that they are replacing the DVD drive.

Too many additional bad experiences with these clowns. Makes me appreciate what I used to have at BMW of San Francisco. They would go aove and beyond. At Desert, have straight up lied to my face saying there is no such thing as walnut shell blasting.

They are. I went for an alignment and they told me that they couldn't do it because 1 of my wheels was bent inside and they could not balance that wheel. The wheel repair company That works there wasn't there yet as it was early morning so I left and decided to go across the street to S.W.A.P I think is call, anyway they align my car no problem and said all wheels were fine.

what bs these guys don't deserve anyone's business. I'm glad you got it fixed, I emailed BMWNA but haven't heard back yet. If we can't trust them in the first place and have to complain to get them to fix our cars then how can we trust them to actually service our cars? My next BMW will have to be bought from California sadly :-/

S.W.A.T.? they did my tint a couple weeks ago they are awesome. If it was S.W.A.T. your referring to Desert BMW of Las Vegas not Henderson either way it seems to be the Desert brand

Also, if you are planning on buying parts from them, be careful. On one occasion, they quoted me DOUBLE the price of a part. Their own website had emblems listed for $26 (rear) and $29 (front). I walked in to buy them emblems and they quoted me something like $90 for the set.

When I informed them that their own website has it advertised for less, they said they will honor the "internet special" price. However, it wasn't an internet special at all, the website said MSRP was $26/$29. Complete BS.

In fairness, they gave me a killer deal on a 335IS diffuser. It might really just depend on which parts guy is helping you. Have had great experiences with the bigger guy and the assistant manager. The rest have no concept of honesty or customer service.

Damn I was just wondering which stealership was the most mod-friendly. Judging from some of the talk on here it looks like both of them are shitty.

Hopefully they don't give you a hard time about your mods or other issues as others have experienced with them.

Nice ride Luis! Welcome to the world of bimmers.

With those tints and your color scheme, I think some matte black kidney grills and window trim would make your car look ridiculously nice.
