Next time i will use the spray - find it easier to apply. Will stick with stock for now as gains are barely 1-2 hp until time to switch

Apex racing rims group buy

If any of you are interested, Apex Racing has group buys for many of their rim types for BMWs. I'm picking up my third set.

Let me guess, you got stuck? Muuuuhhahaha. My F150 was great. Slapped her into 4x4 mode and off she went. All in all even with 4 x 4, 33" all terrain tires and 18" clearance, there were some moments of drama for me. I'm completely blown away on how little was done in the way of clearing snow in and around Montreal this AM. The T-Can was a friggin mess by 1130AM with abandoned stuck cars and trucks littering the highway and service roads. Good to see my hard earned tax dollars at work.

Yup, once the snow went up to the hood, I got stuck.

I was so pissed at the people I pay $280 to clean my driveway. They showed up at 5pm, and I couldn't even go anywhere (there was too much snow to shovel, and I didn't feel like it anyway). Funny that my city didn't even really clean roads until the evening, so people kept getting stuck trying to get home. I even lent someone a shovel. Didn't help... he had to bring out his GL to tow his Mazda out. Then someone else got stuck and they brought their Escalade to help. Kind of funny how we here use premium SUVs as towtrucks.

TCan was *that* bad? Glad I didn't go anywhere, I guess.

I gave up paying for crappy service and opted to shovel this year. Heck, I've ended up shovelling most of the time over the last 10 years that I have had my home with the snow contractors. Changed companies a few times. Same crap.

I've seen quite a few retard attempts where X5s, Jeep, Escalades or pickups were used to try and pull cars out of stuck situations. Lots of torn or bent bumpers and fenders or twisted suspension.

Yup. I headed out to the post office a few klicks from my place. Quite the auto carnage for that short section of the T-Can.

As soon as the snow is higher than your car's underbody you are screwed, 2WD, 4WD whatever. You may have a fighting chance if snow is lower than the underbody. As soon as the car floats on snow, you're toast.

I got stuck too, don't worry! Back in your mind you know you will get stuck, but it's so tempting to try, in case it works, ha ha

Just like being kids, eh?

Agree re: underbody, but if you carry enough momentum you can make it ... and I thought I did, the idiot

But it was fun, NO?

Let me know when I can come pick up the part! But no rush.....

Thanks!

Did they charge you 3$ or 5$. Their pricing can be inconsistent sometimes....
