Iunno...the materials used is actually pretty minimal. 2oz of sealant, maybe 10 capfuls of the car wash soap, I don't know if you guys want a claybar thing done. It's mostly labor...and it takes about five hours in a relaxed state. That's like $10/hr.

I'll just do mine along with you. I need to learn how to do it properly. I've wasted a lot the first couple times I've done it. Do you have enough towels and whatnot? Actually, we'll discuss this whenever we figure out a date for the LUX install.

The thing is Zaino claybar is $8.50 for a single bar. If I could get some 3M clay (heard they give a lot more), the addition will probably be minimal. Also, I don't know how far you guys live (if you want me to drive out to your house).

I don't really know what to do with my claybar. I tried claying my hood then I just got tired and stopped.

I have 2 large waffle weave towels, and four that I use for Zaino removal/buffing.

It's pretty easy to get it on real thin. Prior to the Passport meet, I was actually left over with enough for another half coat, and I only filled it up to 1oz.

I'm too lazy to do it for my car, and the optical difference is minimal. Unless you like feeling the paint...then it's glass smooth, but you're not supposed to be touching anyway.
