Tyre pressure on 19\'s-thoughts please!

Right,I\'m a bit confused over the mixed messages over what is and isnt the correct tyre pressure on the following.
A pre lci E91 running non rfl 235/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rears.
Every thread I\'ve read seems to offer different opinions.
At the moment my pressures are 2.5 and 3.0 front and rear.
Any thoughts???

Im not sure how to interpret the tyre pressures on the inside of the drivers door. Is this for RFT's only?

Ive got similar spec tyres: vredestein ultrac sessanta 265/30 R19 back, 235/35 R19 front.

What do you reckon the pressures should be at? Should you follow the maximum or minimum load?

cheers

Yes,the sticker did add to the confusion, hence my thread!
As mentioned I'm running 2.5 and 3.0 but I will try what buckethead has advised as I would rather a tried and tested pressure than one off the top of my head!

Keep in mind that those plaques are model dependant. My e92 335d has completely different pressure settings.

If I can be bothered to go out in the gale I'll take a snapshot.
