Holy crap, can anyone beat this temp?

we knew today was going to be a tad warm, predicted temp 32deg c

Little did we know what was instore for us!

Bearing in mind I am in snowy switzerland.

My weather station is linked to the Zurich Meteo for accuracy,

So give it your best shot guys......and girls, here we go.

I'm melting.

Way, way outside the normal operating temp range for a Scotsman.

Car said it was 35 on the way home.

Just can't get my head round it - when opening a door or window let's hot air in !!!! Wibble.

Humidity is awful.

I can beat it! 43 degrees here today according to the weather report - thermometer reading over 50 degrees.....and i'm working in it!

sounds like you are in Dubai, I was there last week and 40 deg at minight!! but this is central Europe

Can I have some of that in surrey, took two weeks off to build some outbuildings and a new deck and now seems week 1 is a totally rain off. Spend all day getting wet trying to build a new shed

Last month on the West coast of California in an open top Ford Mustang where the air con and wipers failed in temperatures over 90 F.... useful

In Vegas last September it was 111C I thought Death Valley was hot at 101C.

I was in Malta around the time the temp's went up to high 30's and with something like 80% humidity it was a horrible experience. Breathing really hot air.

It was 50C(122F) and 99% humidity last year when I was in Dubai, left my ipod in the car and it fried the thing.

We were in Vegas for 3 days when we went to the Grand Canyon like you said it was over 100F everyday thank god for air con!!!
