Louder Exhaust

I have the BMW PE on my 328xi and I'd like to make it louder. It sounds so good on cold start. How can I go about this?

This is the piping on the exhaust

looks like the pipe has resonator delete. thats louder than normal a bit already.

if you want much louder sound, get a different catback exhaust, or go all out with the headers.

Headers will make it louder.

How long have you had it?? I thought mine was much to modest at first, after a week it sounds MUCH better. I have read that it takes a good month for it to really come to life.

Headers are pretty expensive and probably don't add a ton of performance, but i bet they sound NASTY! The other thing you could do is delete the secondary cats, which I'm sure would not be covered under warranty and might make the exhaust smell funky.

I've had for about 4/5 months now. I don't want to do anything to void my warranty :-/

You want to make it louder put some headers. Then it will be really loud. Lol. I did the headers and it's loud as shit. I'm changing the exhaust this week and then will post some pictures of the headers, exhaust set up and video. But that is the best way to make it loud and get performance gains.
