N54 Valve Cover Gasket
Hey guys. It looks like I need to do the Valve Cover Gasket on my car. I am in the Fort Lauderdale area. Any idea of where to get it done thats not going to rip me off? It looks like its mainly labor and should take 3-4hrs. I might do it myself if I can't get a good price.
Thanks |

I found a bmw technician that says he can do it for $150. Sounds cheap but he's been a tech for 15 years. He wants to take a look at it first to see how long it will take so maybe he will increase price a bit when I bring it to him but still cheap. Let me know if you want his info. He is located near University drive and commercial Blvd. his english wasn't greta and i don't speak spanish so its probably better I bring it to him so he can take a look.

I sent the guy all the specs on the car including vin, year, etc. and then he said it would be $485 to do the job, not including parts because my car has the rubber gasket?? It seems like the standard price is for 6 hours and most shops charge $100 per hour so its still a good price. I'll pm you his number.
