That seems very simple....Do you know what the gains would get with the PE and then simply removing the cats on a n51
Would this cause any issues in the future for my car ? |

3-5 for PE, about 10 for both main and secandary cats removal.
PE wont cause any problem. the cat will cause issue when u need smog exam done, also you need get a tune to get the setting right. bonus part for N51, all emission related parts are covered by factory for i think 100k miles/10year N51 only special warranty.

N51 has the 3-stage manifold, but it also has lowered compression compared to N52 - so they pretty much even out power wise...

BMW carefully detune the N51 to match the torque/hp with 328i N52, so they are same outta factory. however, a tune with intake, exhaust will put you same level as 330i stock. 328i N52 requires 3 stage intake in order to surpass N51 with tune. all emission hoses and valves, also covers all cats. I know this is OT but where are you getting your AFE dry filter for the Eurobox? I can't find it on their website. I have the Eurobox but I am currently utilizing the stock OEM filter that was supplied with it. I am not sure if I should get a K & N filter or stick with dry filters.

I got it from Amazon USA ( not the vendors on amazon) shipped to canada. They had the cheapest price for shipping & the deposit for customs seemed like a good idea. Should be getting the box in the next 24 hours, so will post impressions soon I went with dry because I can clean it without any recharge kits, i can even tap it against a flat surface to remove 40% of the dirt.
