Track Day Cayuga

Hey guys, Champion motors is having a track day this Friday at Cayuga. Peter and Rob told me that we are more than welcome to come. There shouldn't be many cars there since its a private rental, so we should be able to get many runs in. Anybody interested?

It starts when the track opens. I believe at 11. Last year we paid 50 or 60 dollars. I'll check with them in the morning.

My dads from Peloponnesus and moms from Cyprus. Are you Greek?

I talked to champion it's a 100 dollars because there's only 30 cars. So they have to charge that. Its more than i thought but we can run unlimited runs. No line ups. They are also having a BBQ but if it rains it's moved to Monday.

Yup im Greek, family is from Kephalonia (island between Greece and Italy), though we have family in Athens and in Cyprus. I have been to Cyprus a few times when I was younger.

In regards to Friday, so we pay when we show up? Whats the process, I may come if work proves not to be busy Friday (Or Monday pending on weather).

Ya you pay when you get there. Its gonna be mostly corvette guys, so it should be interesting.

Im going on Sat for both Drag and the road course
Drag Unlimited Test & Tune
$30
11am-4pm
and for the Road Course
Touge Motorsports has it rented out 2-6pm
$99 Pre Paid or 130 @ the track

Test and tune days are usually to busy to get many runs in. Who knows? Maybe Sat. will be good. Champions track day is cancelled till further notice.
