Which exhaust to buy?

My friend has an E92 328i and was wondering which exhaust to buy. He was looking at the eisenmann but was wondering if they made a full catback? What are the best full catbacks and what are some good combinations of different mufflers and pipes? Thanks a lot

Eisenmann makes sections 1, 2, and 3 for a full catback. Their race exhaust is awesome for a 325/328.

The only difference is the length. The E92 coupe is longer than the E90 sedan.

I believe the only company making headers for the 328i is Supersprint

The only difference between the E92 and E93 335i exhaust system is the rear support crossbars on the E93. All aftermarket companies will have to redesign their cat-back pipes in order to clear the crossbars.

So a fitment for a E92 exhaust to fit in a E93, there would have to be some custom work done at the back end of the exhaust? Do you carry anything setup made exclusively for the E93 or can you recommend a exhaust that does? Thanks for your help.

Any exhaust consisting of the rear section exclusively will fit the E93 335i.

Yeah but I want to buy one that is from the cat-back! Not just the mufflers...

You would have to have the middle section fabricated, however I don't see a need for it, as you can see on the picture there is barely any restriction.

Yeah i see the crossbar and you look like your right, It looks like there is not too much restriction there and any good exhaust installer can fabricate it to fit a E93 even though it was made to fit a E92!! Not too many people have exhausts on their E93 335i, so I really have no population of people to even ask about their exhaust!

We have a customer that installed it in Australia on his E93, but none to my knowledge in the US.
