The part number just says E9x/E8x chassis. Should fit.

Yes and I can add oil using a funnel.

My Cusco bar definitely makes contact with my hood. I am wondering if I have the E92 version.

There are two different Cusco OS style strut tower bars for the E90. Which one are you selling?

Is it the one titled "Cusco OS Front Strut Tower Brace 2007-13 135i/1M/335i/M3 [E82/E88/E90/E92/E93]" designated "BM5 540 A"? $228.00

or

is the one titled "Cusco Front Strut Tower Brace for 2006-12 BMW 3-Series Sedan/Wagon [E90/E91] OS Style" designated "BM3 540 A"? $239.95

Any feedback on which bar you have?

Does your bar make contact with the hood?

I have the bm3 540A. Those descriptions are odd because according to those, either style works on my 2010 E90 335i.

Near each strut, there are very small marks on the bar. Literally the size of pees so it's barely touching my hood and I'm pretty sure it's only touching when I make turns and flex the chassis.
