HELP! KWV1 spun down still has gap!!

As the title says. I have a 2007 e90 328xi on KWV1 with 19s. The rears are half way down while the fronts are spun all the way down. Leaving an inch and a quarter gap. i can fit 2 and a half fingers per say. I've had my coils for over 4 months now so im past the settling stage. Is there any way i can get my front lower? Are they suppose to go lower and maybe i installed them wrong?? Any info would help.

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Here are some photos that may help to figure this out. Sorry for the dirty pics.

Updated pics on post #23

I'd say something is installed wrong. I could go much lower on mine still. plenty of threads left.

I know what is it.
Ur sitting on the "Bump Stop". Its super stiff in the front isnt it?

Jack the car up, then use a knife and cut the "Bump Stop" out and lower it back down, u will love the look.....Lol and hate the ride.

I guess its super stiff in the front..? If theres multiple bumps; my car will somwhat "hop" instead of absorb the bumps. Idk if its because im spun all the way down and theres no travel room??

Yes, take it back to your install shop.... I have 1 finger gap, and can drop much lower, but do not want to look like a p-i-m-p at my age

KWs come with their own bumpstop for the fronts built into the dust shield. You may have both (OEM and KWs) in there.

I just looked at my oem suspension and the bump stops (yellowish orange in color) are in the box. Unless I'm missing something here?

Confirm that those are the front ones. Also, perhaps they're not sitting in the knuckle all the way in.

Yeah, ur sitting on ur bump stop since u lowered it way too much and there is no more travel room. I ran into the same problem when i first did my car.

Like i said, remove the Bump Stop and see how much lower it will drop. I dont recommend doing that of course, just to show u what wrong with the car. After that, u can put the bump stop back it.

(If u see my height, i cut half of the Bump Stop off, and raise it up 3/4" for travel.)

I'm spun all the way down on mine as well, and still not very low. I never thought it would be sitting on the bumpstops. I will investigate this weekend.

make sure it's not the classic case of the struts not being fully seated/inserted into the front hub/strut carrier. take the wheel off & check it out. not everyone puts a jack under the hub carrier & visually inspects from inside upon installation to ensure that it's fully seated. i see this often.

Unfortunately i didnt have take any good picture when my KW v1 is all the way down with the bump stop removed but here is what i can do best to show u guys (look closely into the front suspension, its look like there is a gap but that because of the lighting. There is no gap if u can see how close the fender is to the actual wheels)

How many inches is your gap?? Mines about 1 3/8" From a far it looks perfect. But once you get close you can see the gap in the front of mine.

Mines seated. I made sure of it when I installed it. The notch is seated in the hub/strut carrier.

I'm think about removing my bump stops as well. But I raised my car up a few weeks ago and had about 7 threads showing and my car sat roughly the same. Then spun all the way back down and it still didnt go any lower. I did this a few times to see if the wheel gap would coinside with the threads showing and it didnt do anything.

This was nearly all the way down, < 2-3 threads remaining if I remember correctly. Not much wheel gap, but I'd like to go lower.
