folks,

quick bay area question. i did a couple of searches and didn't turn up anything here in the cali thread. i was wondering if folks had recommendations for tire shops in the bay area. i'll be ordering a new set of tires from tirerack.com soon, and i wanted to get them installed from someone other than the dealer (my impression is that the dealer would be kinda pricey).

I had mine done recently @ Bavarian Professionals in Berkeley (http://www.bavpros.com/) &
they did a good job & give BMWCCA discount.

They're on TireRack's installers list & I had them ship the tires directly to them.
The tires come from Nevada & it got here in a day with ground shipping.

Got rid of the worn out RFT's & got a set of Michelin PS2's !

not sure where you are from, but Auto Innovations in milpitas is a great place to go to

They are pretty well known on here and they do a great job
