No access to E85, access to E98

Here in Utah there is no access to E85 unless you purchase it in drums and have it shipped to you, and even then they run you $15-16 a gallon. However by the grace of god I'm able to get my hands on E98 ethanol for $9 a gallon. Before I buy any, is it safe to mix with 91? Is it safe to run on the stock fuel pump at all? Also what would the correct mixture be for E30? I've tried searching online but can't really find anything for E98 for this platform, hoping someone on here runs it and can chime in, thank you.
