Thinking of selling my 09 E92 N54? How much is it worth?

Hey guys
I have an in warranty 2009 335i coupe with all the bells and whistles (MSRP 54K)

It currently has almost 47k miles on it and looks flawless.

Has Avant Garde wheels on it with a little bit of curb rash but that's it, oh and its pretty much stock except for that.

How much would you pay for this car?
How much should I list it for and how much should I expect to get for it?

Any tips for selling? Post on here, craigslist, any other good recommendations?
