Finally picked up an exhaust...Britalman

I cant tell which car i'm hearing, but it sounds good....and loud

how is that setup for daily driving?

already looking at picking up a set of these to have welded into the mid pipes if its too loud.

I added one of these on my 3" SS custom exhaust from my Volvo S60R.......really a great sound.

see here, full flow through but really cuts down on sound when your not into the throttle much.

sounds a little raspy to me, but really not bad overall. I have a feeling you will be adding those Magnaflow resonators

I think so too, I'll at least leave it the way it is until after the Nov 15th MIR track rental....max power!

Rasp is not bad honestly, this is a raspy engine...its an I6, you should hear an e46 M3 once the exhaust is fully opened up.....now that is rasp.

ok I installed the exhaust today w/ Clems help. Took 2-2.5 hours and we took our time and were careful. Spent 30 minutes just lining up the tips.

1st thing, the exhaust fit perfectly....great piece.

The sound......wow....so deep and grumbly then it just starts just SCREAM as the rpms climb. Seriously impressed. Had to stuff a tennis ball in the back rattle chamber aka storage bin.

I'll post pics and more impressions and possibly a video Friday. Off to hunt pheasants over my 6 month old Britney tomorrow morning.....i'm pumped!
