Ontario-Looking for a CA recommendation for a new bimmer

Looking to get into a new car. Need a CA who would cut the BS and be upfront with a reasonable price without putting up with admin fees, security etching and other BS charges.

Any recommendations??

Also please tell me the 2011 incentives currently going on. Thanks!
