Removal of 2nd cats E90 330i

My 2nd cats are making a rattling noise according to my mechanic. Would it cause any errors if I remove my 2nd cats and add a PE?

AFE straight pipes may be a good solution if you are certain your secondariness are bad AND you dont want to spend alot.

A better solution would be Suprtsprint Headers into Supersprint pipes with new Catalytic converters and a tune to turn off errors.
