Engine oil low again? Please help

My 2007 Bmw 335i with 60K, last week my dash shows add 1qt of oil and then i add 1 qt of 5w30 and drive about 200 mile now and then the light is on with oil simple again show less than mininum, I think something is not right. Should i add another qt? There's no sign of leaking oil and the car runs and drives fine. Please advise. Thanks

It must be going somewhere. Check the coolant.

I would get it checked out before adding more oil, some people have experienced a faulty oil level indicator which says the car needs oil when it doesn't. 200 miles is too soon and you don't want to overfill oil.

Check underneath and make sure you're not losing oil, mainly along the oil pan gasket and filter. Try putting a newspaper down before you go to bed and see if theres anything when you wake up.

+1. Seriously. Overfilling will damage your cats and other horrific things.
