I was under the understanding that the V2 is only for RWD, besides like said above the V1s are a great deal. I dont need to adjust the rebound and dampening

I've got close to a 2inch drop with KW V1s on my xi and I haven't seen any extra wear on the inside tread and I've put about 6k miles on the tires.

When I do it Ill look for a used set of V2s over new V1s

Unless you guys just dont like buying something already used? but you cant beat getting a set of V2s for 1000-1200 depending on the deal

I just purchased a set from Tiago at VRSF as well, great guy to do business with and unbelievable pricing on KW's! I'm just wondering what other suspension components I should replace when I put the coils on to avoid future wear. I was thinking sway bar end links and control arms. My car has 54k miles on the stock components. Any advice?

I highly recommend that the toe be in consideration as well, not just the camber.

The suspension is super easy to DIY no need for a shop install.

Tiago at VSRF! Enough said. I am ordering one from him here in a day or so.

I have tried the DIY install for some springs i had, and I was unable to get the first bolt off the suspension. Everything is siezed up so badly, and I only have 20k miles on the thing! Any tips there, to save me 600 bucks before allignment? The isntall itself looks easy enough, if the bolts moved.

IDK I always use impact guns/pneumatic ratchets on suspension when taking the bolts off. If you have difficulty and do not have those tools. A breaker bar, torch, and PB blaster is your best friend. Save $600 for methanol.

Concord Motorsport (local bmw shop) said they would do it for $995 including alignment, which doesn't make sense that they would be more than the dealer

My buddy i think is gonna do the install for me for like $350-400

I have an impact gun but I gotta get myself a pneumatic ratchet. Breaker bar is a good one to have and not sure what a pb blaster is. I have no problem using a torch but i don't really have much training with them and i feel like a lot can go wrong, last thing i would want to do is mess up something serious lol. Ive definitely considered doing it myself tho just havent done it before and dont want to mess anything up
