Some are running E without no tune whatsoever and the most they are getting is either running too rich or too lean but nothing seriously damaging any internals or causing detonation of any kind? Is there a specific safe spot when running our cars without a tune while using E?

A lot of people are having issues running E50. Your logs and maybe some input on driving habits would be helpful. Some people have success for a day then the misfires creep up.
