163 rims on pre-lci e92 x-drive?
I've searched through the forums and it appears that the e46 163 rims will work on an e92 pre-lci, though need spacers on the front. It looks like no rolling of rear fenders are needed as they won't rub. Haven't heard anything specific regarding x-drive models, so please advise if anyone knows differently.
Now here's the rub, what would happen if I went with oversized tires on the fronts and rears. Say I go 225/40/19 and 255/35/19, aside from speedometer not reading correcting by over 3%, will the tires rub since the tires are oversized? FYI, everything on the e92 is stock. |
