Help! E92 Hid Fogs

Hey guys
New to the forum and would like to say hello firstly

I current have an issue fitting my Hid fogs! As the m sport kit has the awkward connector I cannot fit my hid kit, I even plugged in the pins from the hid harness into the original connector but still no luck! Any ideas?

Cheers
Ash

It's karma for trying to fit ridiculous hid bulbs in your fogs!

They are for use in the fog and designed to be that colour. That's why the E92 has Bi Xenons for headlights.

HID's are not designed for fog light use.

Can't you crimp a couple of small spade connectors on the harness and plug them into the connector? And if they don't work perhaps try swapping the connections over,

The canbus system will turn them off though and throw up fog light errors in which you would either need resistors or it coding out.

Ive currently got spade connectors on the harness but when I plug it into the connector nothing happens! Tried swapping them over and everything
So baffled!

Thanks for the reply btw

You could just get LED bulbs, with error correction built in, that plug straight into your fog light connector and you'll get the colour of light ou wish......with no stress' like you're currently undergoing !?
