For Sale is my GTi 25th Anniversary Edition in silver.

No. 1610 of 1800

There were only ever 1800 of these models produced. 900 petrol, 900 diesels.
Of each 900, 300 where produced in 3 colours, silver, red & black.

This is a 1.8T [180bhp] petrol model.

Registered October 2002 [’52’ plate]

Mileage is 50,445 miles

MOT Expires Jan 2013
Tax Expires Jan 2013

Service history, however the 3rd stamp is missing from 8 stamps in the book.
MOT history is via previous paper copy, the rest are from the DVLA database which details all the comments and MOTs the car has ever had.

3 previous owners [I am the 4th]

The car is standard as VW intended no modifications.

New front discs and pads fitted at 46,159 miles.

Wheels fully refurbished. 4 no. Michelin Pilot Sport 3 tyres. The fronts will need changing in approx 500 miles.

New middle and rear exhaust sections fitted at 46,159 miles. This is a genuine VW exhaust [cost approx £700] from Germany not an after market exhaust.

When the exhaust was fitted I looked under the car and there is no signs of any rust.

Mechanically I can't find anything wrong with the car.

Bodywork wise no signs of any rust. There is one small scratch on the rear near side panel. [been quoted £60 to get fixed]. One small scuff on the underside of the front skirt. Looks like caught on a kerb.

For a 10 year old car I think it is in excellent condition and the car still feels nice and tight.

Great cars - my wife had a black 1.8T Anni before her R32.

Well priced as well so good luck with the sale.

Ps: the old 900 diesel 900 petrol and 300 of each colour is not true, that was the intention at the point of marketing/advertising the car but the choice of engine and colour was opened up in the end. There are far far more black and silver Anni's than red ones.

Cheers mate, thanks for the info. I had a mk5 R32 before the anniversary but found the anniversary more of a drivers car as there was less weight at the front. It really corners on rails. It delivered it's 180bhp so well.
