Radiator Support Question

Hello, planning on replacing radiator support later today.

Seems like just a bunch of bolts holding it in, but these rubber nipples threw me off when I looked at them. Anyone know how to remove them, if even necessary?

Those are the hood stoppers. I believe you can just unscrew them by hand. They control the alignment of the hood when it's closed, so be sure to adjust them correctly afterwards so the hood sits flush.
