DVD won't eject

so I downloaded the torrent... got it burned on a Sony DVD-R .. now the stupid CD is stuck and won't eject... I tried hold the volume and the eject buttons... the cd will eject in the CD Drive but the DVD still won't eject out of the DVD Drive... someone please help~

Not sure if this is the same for BMW's but on an old audi I used to have the DVD drive was 'locked' electroniclly by default. You could put a disc in but it would not eject. The solution was a trip to the dealer for them to un-code the drive to allow the eject button to work.

As I say not sure if the same issue for BMw's but does sound similar !
